Canopies

A canopy is an overhead roof or else a structure over which a fabric or metal covering is attached, able to provide shade or shelter.

Architectural canopies include projections giving protection from the weather, or merely decoration. Such canopies are supported by the building to which they are attached and often also by a ground mounting provided by not less than two stanchions, or upright support posts.

Fabric canopies can meet various design needs. Many modern fabrics are long-lasting, bright, easily cleaned, strong and flame-retardant. Modern frame materials offer high strength-to-weight ratios and corrosion resistance. The proper combination of these properties can result in safe, strong, economical and attractive products.

From a simple square back to radius corner, the classic shape Wet-Look canopy can perfectly adapt to suit most shop front windows, where as no other fabric will adapt to the back panel shape without creasing; to far more complex double radiuses stepped curves which allow us to neatly take a walkway awning around a spiral staircase.

Probably the most popular shape of all is the square-back elliptical eyelid style, being one of the most attractive and eye catching. These Wet-Look canopies are an extremely cost effective way of transforming your shop front into a visually stunning work of art.

Canopies at Euro Systems are made in large sizes up in one piece, the standard and most popular width is 4 meters x 1.8 meters in height, maximum is 7 meters x 2.2 meters
